2017 Bay Area Regional Science Olympiad School Registration Information

Date: March 11, 2017 Location: CSU, East Bay, Hayward Campus
Participation Registration form due no later than January 9, 2017

Participation REQUIRES the school Principal approve of the teams participation by making a determination that it is a school-supported/school-affiliated event. Schools must provide a Certificate of Insurance.

Submit one form and fee per team (up to three teams per school until further notice). The school principal MUST approve the team's participation and the team's coach (one coach per team).

Registration Instructions: Note the registration fee below and click the "Register" button to submit registration information and fee total. Once registration is received, a 2017 Science Olympiad Rule book will be US mailed to the SCHOOL address indicated on the registration form unless an address is indicated under "Coach Information".

Registration Fee per team: No registration fee refunds after January 9, 2017.

$300.00 Plus Event Supervisor and Assistants for One Event. Once PAYMENT is received you will be sent a list of the remaining events in need of volunteers. Events are chosen on a "first-come" basis.

Please Note! The EVENT SUPERVISOR MUST be familiar with the subject of the event chosen. There will be an additional charge of $50 if an event test is needed and IF AVAILABLE.

Note: New participating schools pay registration fee of $300 per team and do NOT need to provide volunteers their first year competing. Rules book will be sent upon receipt of registration form.

The registration fee may be paid by PayPal, check or purchase order. Please make checks payable to Bay Area Science League. Purchase order must indicate "Regional Science Olympiad Registration Fee" and the school name. The PO can be sent by email or US mail and check can be sent by US mail (see below). Print a copy of your registration form before submitting and include it with payment.
